Please appreciate that the entire A2Zen Shop team are working hard and doing everything we can to ensure you receive your orders as quickly as possible. We normally dispach orders within 1-3 days.
Please bear in mind orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day (after 2pm Friday would be dispatched on a Monday at the earliest).

Important:

Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct.
We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries if the address provided by the customer is incorrect.
If a delivery fails due to a customer supplying an incorrect address, we will not re-send or refund the order until the original parcel has been returned.
If a parcel is deemed lost (by courier) we will not be able to offer a replacement until 25 working days after the shipping date. In this instance, we are unable to offer a refund.

We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.
